East European crown had a new complete
leaf section made in 1.5 mm brass.

Process as follows:

1. Template taken from existing leaf.
2. Marked out on brass plate.
3. Pitch-blocked to give depth.
4. Sawn out and finished.
5. Welded to the crown finished and patenated
